      @@RobinBeier1 Partly time and focus as I am also currently expanding my PT offer. Also as a very visual person I am still a bit stuck on what will what I deliver look like?

      @@RobinBeier1 Not in how it looks but what do I deliver, how frequently etc? I have been a procoach client and coach so only have that as my frame of reference - eg two week topic with supporting resources. It works well but I have no reference of what other methods are used?

      ​@@righttimeptandnutrition3217, the benefit of a high ticket coaching package is the level of customization. You could continue with your 2-week rhythm. That's what I like to use but then adjust it based on every client's needs.
