      So glad you liked the interview. I could have interviewed Sarah for another 2 hours. She is such a well of knowledge. I have another interview lined up next week also around group coaching :)

      @@RobinBeier1 you were right about her focus on the clients needs, it's unusual to hear advice from that perspective so front and center.

      @@RobinBeier1 for me, it was helpful to really think about *where* my ideal client is at in their journey before arriving to me, and what their "pre-requisites" for working with me would (most likely) be. So in a way, niching down to a particular point in a particular client story. And then the programme is just so perfectly aligned to their needs that it's just a no brainer. And maybe have different programmes suitable for different stages of their journey (diagnosed/not yet diagnosed, tried everything/tried nothing) etc.

      @@jez770 , yes, I thought about client journeys before but not on this practical level. It's homework for me over the weekend as well ☺️
