@@RobinBeier1 Purchased book 12/2019 initially to use for “copy” what words would help. Then found it’s for any type conversation. In person on sales calls, in copy, social media post and more. I also have “persuade to sell or something” like that and audible exclusive “tough conversation”. You read (listen for me) and take notes or read once soak it in than re-read. Definitely notes kinda reads. Learning what words capture is vital to lots of first steps in business, especially sales.
