  • Does breastfeeding have your upper or mid back aching? Cluster feedings. Rocking or holding a fussy baby. Working on the computer or constant phone use all lead to to an achy back, terrible posture and weak muscles.
    Add these exercises to your daily routine and start feeling good again:
    1. Rows - bent over rows with light weights or even seated with a resistance band
    2. I’s Y’s T’s - stick with lighter weights and focus on leading the movement with your thumbs to target the right muscles
    3. Iso 3-way holds - a sneaky exercise that will leave you feeling the burn real quick. Start with light weights (1#). Don’t have light weights. Use soup cans!
