    All those little moments that wear you out when they are little, you will miss when they are grown. It goes by fast. Treasure the moments.

      It sure goes by fast and you miss those little moments as they grow up. Like you said no matter how painful or tired we might be feeling, in the end I will never regret the experience of having my child.

    This is 3 years old but I found this video somehow and it has been my saving grace! I couldn’t even lift my right leg 5 mins ago and my husband said it was almost 2 inches longer than the other one. After doing this video once they are back aligned and I can lift my leg normally again!!

    One still needs someones assistance to hold and support the tummy even with a binder while doing that. Still painful. You need to do that so slowly, inhaling through the nose and exhaling out by mouth

    Awe i’m so sorry that your birth was painful. But they’re not all like that. Actually usually the following births are much easier. My daughter came out in 2 pushes and I’ve literally had worse periods/poops. If you decide to have another child I suggest stinks physically active throughout the pregnancy and don’t do the back birthing. We were meant to squat & some weirdo Dr with an obsession for watching was the one to begin implementing back births. THIS IS NOT NATURAL. It slows down the birth and puts extraordinary pressure on the spinal cord.

    Sleeping on left side os optimum throughout the pregnancy but is it okay to switch from left to right in between??

    • @bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039
      @bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! The left is BEST but you can try other positions and still be safe. There are many moms who are unable to tolerate lying on their left side at all.

    • @bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039

      You can use these for late second trimester as well. In the first trimester most do not need modifications to their usual sleeping positions.

      Im a first time dad an I've been looking it up everything i see it say as long as u elevate your upper back an crunch your knees it allows circulation while sleeping but your knees an upper back must me elevated

    • @bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039
      @bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lying flat on your back is not good for you or baby (shortness of breath and dizziness and potential decreased blood for baby from pressure on major blood vessels to uterus) but an elevated position is okay.

      @@bumpfitphysicaltherapy2039 that would be great! I had a c-section 3 years ago and was kind of left to figure out moving around on my own. When I went for my 2 week check up the nurse stopped me before climbing onto the table and said “oh no honey do this it will be much easier” and she was right! Problem is I don’t remember what the trick was and I’m due for another c-section next month! 🤣

      Hi Olivia, in my personal experience I have had SPD with all three pregnancies and all three were natural births as well. So yes, it's possible but everyone is different and you can definitely direct that question to your healthcare provider or a pelvic floor specialist in your area.
