    corn starch is extremely high in carbs and definitely not "low carb" or "keto"

    I am looking for sugar-free cream cheese that can be piped and hold well and came across your video. But I wonder can you eat cornstarch and stevia raw?

      Hi Hongyi.. yes we can eat cornstarch raw in small amounts. like the one used a lot in candy making and also as an ingredient in powdered sugar. for stevia, you can even use it as a replacement for sugar as a healthier option.

    Hi, thank you for the recipe. If I wanted to make this into a chocolate frosting, how much cocoa powder do you think I should put in?

      Hi my friend.. just add 2tbsp of chocolate powder.. to make this frosting into a chocolate cream cheese frosting.

      most powdered sugar kasi may cornstarch mixture... since we use stevia.. as an alternative.. need ng cornstarch to add volume sa frosting at para maging stable din.. thanks for asking Jiyugin. :-)

    kung may sumobra sa ginawa pwede pa ilagay sa fridge then whip nalang ulet?

      Hi Sarah.. if may leftover icing pwede ilagay sa clean container then place sa ref for upto 2weeks then up to a month naman if nakalagay sa freezer...when using make sure thaw muna for few minutes then whip again.

      I wasn't wanting to come off like a know it all. I was confused when I started keto 3 yrs ago. I learned after a long process of trial and error. And lost 177lbs in a year and a half. That keto is simple 0 sugar 0 starches and 0 grains is keto. To kick keto into over drive I did fasting. I started slow then worked my way up to 72 hr fasting! I was 321 I'm now 175. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle. How I figured it all out was. The caveman diet. How did they do it? They are the programmers of our dna. They couldn't find starches and sugars year round
      But they did eat the fat first then the organs then the proteins. In the order that it spoiled. Fat spoiled first then the organs. Them the actual meat spoiled last so they ate in that order. I did the same and lost 177lbs in 1 Year and a half. Easiest thing I have ever done in my life. Our bodies can make carbs. If we eat to much fat or protein. It will turn into carbs. I never tracked carbs or any of that. I just cut 3 things out of my diet. Sugars starches and grain's. Dropped the weight. But not the life style.y wife has never been over weight. But has been keto for 2 years and never had the hot flashes or ailments that go along with age.
