It's a very large and spacious house with very well kept grounds. It's also an older property too which has been maintained well. It does need some upgrading/modernisation ie bathrooms, etc Not sure about the price though.
The renovation cost to take this from 1990 to 2024 will be a lot…. Carpets tiles, the whole kitchen gotta go… but it’s a very nice property with a lot of potential
This is what I hate about Jamaica's mansions; the outside will leave U speechless. The minute U walk inside, it's a big disappointment 😢. This is a lovely property. Inside is spacious but poor design. The tiles and carpets; hell, no. This is why I am buying my land in Mandeville and building my home. I am tired of looking at houses, where the inside is a turnoff. I need to have my wow 👌 on the inside; not the outside.
