  • I am being guided by my spirit, And I only speak of what I know. I will not create a narrative about the people who made these stones because I do not know.
    This history is not just mine, it is all of ours and deserves respect and acknowledgment. How could we not acknowledge the accomplishments of our ancestors? It’s how we became who we are! Thank you to all the subscribers, the likes, the kind words and support. It’s been an amazing experience sharing this with you, you guys are the best!!!
    Do you know the difference between the spirit and soul?
    Your Soul is what you are in your life. The poor old soul… The wise soul.
    Your spirit is what goes on to heaven. Our spirit lives on and our soul dies with the body.
    That’s the way the Native Americans told it.
    Do you think they may have learned it from the ancients? The history of both people were passed down through the stories and words of the people.
    That’s what these rocks are for, these Knowledge Stones. It is a language that shows the past. It invokes emotions that tell a story as real as if you’re reliving it now. Let’s come together and find a way to share and teach this art and history.
    The purpose of this channel and video is to save an ancient archaeological site that is being excavated currently for a housing development in North Carolina. Please see channel description for contact information and ways to help
    We used to think the world was flat and that Ancient People were not intricate and intelligent. They learned how to manipulate nature far better than we have. We became this way because we stand on the shoulders of giants. Is it so hard to believe that those giants were highly intelligent? Do you think of yourself as highly intelligent and your family as highly intelligent? Where do you think all that came from?
    Our ancestors were not just a bunch of caveman, it took work to get where we are at, And we’ve been at it for a long time!
    There’s so many things there that sometimes it’s tough to see them. Do you catch anything that we’re missing?
    Check out more faces in the stone and Native American artifacts in every way you can!
    We cannot let history be smudged away. These are works of art and this culture is still being lost today.

    My wife and I have been finding and collecting some of the most incredible 1st Nation Rock Art! We Live in Washington State on the Columbia River. We are beginning to talk to some of the indigenous people in our area who are validating and now accepting these pieces as works of Art! I have a degree in Geology but never once was told about or had anyone in academics bring up these incredible pieces of
    Art! We dig your site and have some incredible effigy pieces that we would love to share with you too just to get another individual's opinion on this evolving suppressed lost culture. Thanks for creating a site on this subject. Something we plan to do soon.

      Appreciate that Ben, I do have a website that I hope to be able to share everyone’s email submissions at. In the meantime, please check out portable rock Art Museum, and the featured channels that are mentioned on my TH-cam channel here, there are several other individuals who have started to share the art! I am motivated to get people to start sharing it!

    Whenever they break, they are meant to break. My experience has always been that the piece that breaks off will end up being something.

      @@angeldew77 I’ve learned so much since this video. I would try to make explanations like oh they’re only half done or they’re not finished. 😅 it’s just that I was not trained enough to see it. They were not sloppy, they were more disciplined, then any of us could ever imagine which makes sense because we’re standing here today with awesome health and bulletproof mind. ❤

      The images run through the stone. Some of my best images are on the "inside" of a larger one I split in half. The imagery splits the stone. Hard to believe, I know.

    • @FacesintheStone
      @FacesintheStone  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @NaturalImages when you find a site where all these are packed in clay and the clay, packing on the outside is the same but more exaggerated than the art that’s on the inside, then yes you can’t believe it. And I do believe that you’ve hit on a great point. Just like understanding that a language exist that you do not know about… Being able to believe that that’s what’s in the stones, it’s a written language, in pictographs ! Welcome to life, my friend, now it is up to us to share it with every single other person

    These stones you are picking up are face stones as you say, but they have extensive and elaborate work all over them, as you already know. Cool spot and great works!

      I don’t know what I was thinking when I said if you look on other parts of the stone you won’t see eyes. I meant to say you will see eyes! Looking back on the videos I see so much more, but being there in the trenches it is a little difficult! I’m glad you like the spot and the video and sharing it. Thank you

      Understand please that when I began to experience this art I became foreign to the rest of the world. I indeed had to dumb it down, and I still do so that I remain palatable for the American audience

      Sure no one can recognize the art, I’ll give them that… But the flat topped Mound, and the stone mounds that are right next to this mound… Another ancient site has been discovered that North Carolina keeps under wraps.
      Our Assistant state archaeologist Mr. David Cranford denies the fact that we even have mounds in North Carolina, despite one of them being one of our state parks. This area was 100% part of the south eastern Ceremonial Center

    I have recently found many artifacts in my backyard , I live in a downtown in a major city in Kentucky
    The quality is outstanding. A Turtle carved into a geode with a beautiful woman's face in profile carved into the pecked out " shell " it is a woman's tool for cracking and grinding.
    I also have a fantastic quartz polar bear and snake story stone. And more. I wish I could show them to someone as excited as I am. I am thunderstruck.
    The story stone was found on Aquidneck Island RI many years ago.

    This is incredible... I never thought that in my lifetime I'd come across someone that sees every single thing in the rocks like this. It's like youve said everything that I wanted to put out there myself. I mean every detail you have explained was like reading my mind. This is definitely my sign. I have collected so many different pieces from all over Eastern north Carolina and I must say I know without a doubt some very rare and amazing pieces that that archeologist lab would really want but they just can't see it through pictures. They must witness it for themselves in order to believe the things you and I both see in these stones. I seriously would like to speak to you more about this. Just curious also on what part of north Carolina do you explore/hunt. I would like you to see some of my pieces. Thank you for posting this video. Now I know I'm not the only person that does this not for just a hobby but for the love of native history and objectives to proving those labs and museums wrong. . sorry my mind is still blown. Thank you again.

      Very happy to meet you as well Scott! We are reading this art from ancient civilizations that has gone unnoticed until now.. Surprisingly! The Mississippian culture did not have a written language, this was the way they continued to develop along side other population ms in the world maybe 🤔. It is a complex, Multifaceted art that is known about in caves and other countries. Humans have been shaping the world deeper and for longer than we ever could have expected!!

    • @FacesintheStone
      @FacesintheStone  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s a good book! I think it really demonstrates how we become experts in our local motif or characters. These are so complex that some of the images are invisible to some, and very easy to see for others. Quite a fantastic art and it’s amazing that the history of these people is written right there in the stones. Who would’ve ever thought of that? 👍😁💥🤷💕🐦🗿✅🧏‍♀️

      @@FacesintheStone I bought a copy and it will be here soon. It is possible that the large-scale rock art style that I've been looking at is very similar or related to the rock art style that is portable. I have found faces within faces in the past but ignored them thinking that it was too complex. Now, I am seeing them different.

    • @FacesintheStone
      @FacesintheStone  21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      The very large scale that you find is the same exact style and level of detail as the smaller ones. Yes sir. It’s the ancient style of art that requires a level of awareness with detail. Once we can see the art we understand how far back the human story actually goes. So many people are searching for this information, and I think we need more on board so that we can really get to the bottom of it. Great work on your observations, I look forward to seeing how we all progress.
