I would like to add, and I can't believe I didn't talk about it, is that Cerberus can also be used in an Amber/Steel deck using Just in Time to get him out sooner. We also have Moana and the new Amber Goofy as great targets for Just in Time. This can put some great pressure on the board early and punish your opponent for trying to Challenge your characters when you have an early-game Cerberus in play.
