You are wrong ...this all started when Hindu Bangladeshis stated moving to Assam and settled there that triggered fear among Assamese in terms of Language and Culture protection (Assamese already knew who Hindu Bangladeshis ate Tripura and made Hindu Tripuri Tribes minority in their own land) . Violent movement ended with Assam Accord. NRC was for Assam only to identify illegal immigrants and kick them out as per sentiments of Assamese but BJP started politics by spreading propaganda that NRC Assam will kick out Muslims. Later on when final list came out , it was Hindu Bangladeshis more in that 19 lakhs who were not in NRC list. To gain that Hindu votes , BJP introduced CAB which later became CAA 2019. This hurt the sentiment of Assamese and Tripuri tribes who witnessed mass immigration from Bangladesh. Today after CAA came into reality , violence started in different parts of India. My friend , it all started with Hindu Bangladeshis who entered to Tripura and Assam . So if you want to blame , blame Hindu Bangladeshis..thats it.

You are wrong ...this all started when Hindu Bangladeshis stated moving to Assam and settled there that triggered fear among Assamese in terms of Language and Culture protection (Assamese already knew who Hindu Bangladeshis ate Tripura and made Hindu Tripuri Tribes minority in their own land) . NRC was for Assam only to identify illegal immigrants and kick them out as per sentiments of Assamese but BJP started politics by spreading propaganda that NRC Assam will kick out Muslims. Later on when final list came out , it was Hindu Bangladeshis more in that 19 lakhs who were not in NRC list. To gain that Hindu votes , BJP introduced CAB which later became CAA 2019. This hurt the sentiment of Assamese and Tripuri tribes who witnessed mass immigration from Bangladesh.
Today after CAA came into reality , violence started in different parts of India. My friend , it all started with Hindu Bangladeshis who entered to Tripura and Assam . So if you want to blame , blame Hindu Bangladeshis..thats it.

Well, Actually there is one part of a complete bill apart from those first 2 pages, that part is "SOR (Statement of Objects and Reasons)" and it clearly mentions and elaborates the religious persecution part.
You will just have to let go of a habit that doesn't permit you to read full details.
Statement of objective and reason in a bill only has value in court to refer to what are the objects. And that itself also shows that you are discriminating persecuted illegal migrants on the basis of religion and country of origin. That is an absolute violation of article 14 and international law.
