I briefly owned an OTAS 1000 back in the 1970s. Answer a question for me, your video states that the Abarth Scorpione was "the last car independently designed by Abarth". However, it has always been my understanding that my OTAS sat upon a Fiat 850 spider chassis. Have I thought wrong all these years?
Oh wow, there's a Lombardi in Oregon. I fell in love with this car in High School, when I checked out the 1969 World Car Catalog at the library. Any tours of your car collection? I must see one before I die.
Had a couple of fiats, a 1300/124 Abarth, OTAS 820 and a 1000. Beautiful cars. Only saw one Scorpione 1300 at Quail Lodge when Abarth was featured marque. Don’t think they made many. Always wanted a 2000!
Looking forward to seeing more of these!

Its really amazing how low to the ground this car is in person!
There was one of these that ran around the South End of Boston during the 70's. I'd see it from time to time and have absolute spasms of car-lust!
If you are in Eugene, stop by.
