As samantha was brought up in chennai pallavaram, she speaks Tamil like local chennai ponnu. Love u sam. Upasana dad and mom speaks Tamil fluently but upasana brought up in abroad so not fluent in Tamil. In chennai all Tamils can understand Telugu becoz each Tamil as a Telugu neighbour friend.

Actually chia seeds and sabka seeds are totally different ,chia seeds have more omega -3 fatty acids on the other hand sabja seeds have cooling properties and iron in them ,both are really healthy and help in weightloss but both are different
@@akhilalanka4013 yeahh both have different flavour too ,while chia mixes with everything ,sabja gives u a refreshing taste and used as a best summer cooler recipe ,like in faluda and sabja sharbath

Chia seeds and Sabja the Basil seedsare not same they belong to same family though... the nutrition value of both are vastly different - Chia seeds contain antioxidants, fibre, calcium and protein which help in improving cardiovascular health. On the other hand, Sabja (Basil) seeds are rich in iron content which improves the quality of blood.

Seriously!! Sabja are called as Basil seeds.. They are completely different from chia seeds!!
However, the recipe is simply great!!
Sabja naturally cools tha body and is consumed during summers ... on the other hands chia seeds belong to the same family but is rich in iron and aids in weight loss 🙂

Chia seeds and sabja are two different things chia seeds are native to southern and central Mexico and it belongs to the sage(herb) family. Sabja or basil seeds are fron central Africa and Southeast Asia

I love samantha turned vegan. Cuz there is a story. I am vegan too. And another coincidence is I m 16 yrs younger born on April 28 on my dear sam sis's 16th birday. I m feeling God that she turned vegan. 😇. Once when I saw a magazine that mentioned sam favorite food as some nonveg products. I felt bad. Now I m feeling good for her for being tuned to vegan. And also support every decision of her being ethical. I also feel good that she took care of hundreds of children. I wish ur heart should be filled love and happy more than it contains. Is this Tamil channel? Just asking I thought the channel is of Upasana kamineni.. and Samantha together live in Hyderabad now except there is no Telugu word..either it wud be in English or Telugu? But

@@anniejacob5733 so nothing mam.. just asking if they are making a video specific to their viewers and fans it wud have been if they specified the mode of language if the video as there are many Telugu fans who cudnt understand Tamil or sometimes English.. they just don’t see the content.. language matters to them too.. and this channel of Upasana ki has every video in English as it is a common language.. I dont care if they speak in Tulu or gmail or Russian or any other for that matter.. I am not here to judge them or look into what they are speaking.. if u can read my comment m sure u cud read comments down here where most of them are Telugu fans and wanted to hear few Telugu words from them.
