Here in France, dad is 'papa' and mum is 'maman'. There are many ways to call grand parents but it's often Papi and Mami. Brothers are 'frères' and sisters 'soeurs'. ありがとうございます先生
Thank you for sharing!! It's very interesting. "papa" is same with Japanese☺️ But "maman" and "freres", "soeurs" is I've heared for the first time. どういたしまして😊
I'm Chinese and we call our mother 妈 (ma) and father 爸 (ba). For grandparents it depends on whether they come from our father's or mother's side. From the mother's side the grandmother is called 外婆 (wai po), grandfather is called 外公 (wai gong) while on the father's side the grandfather is called 爷爷 (yeye) and grandmother is called 奶奶 (nai nai). But in real life usually we just call our own grandfather 'ah gong' and grandmother 'ah ma' to make things easier.
Im from Argentina so my mother tongue is spanish, we say mama for mom and papa for dad too! We also abbreviate them as 'ma' and 'pa' (we call our parents this way when we're teenagers, until young adults)
Thank you for the awesome video! Growing up, my sister and I always called our parents "Mom" and "Dad". Our grandparents, we would say "Grandpa" or "Grandma" and then their family name.
I know very little of the Japanese language, but I was able to learn some family words. Thank you. It's very hard for me because I don't even know the characters, but I'm slowly working through the Hiragana.
こんばんはあえる先生 教えばいつもありがとうございます Family it’s very important. The most valuable cell of human society. I didn’t learn family kanji yet, but I recognized the house kanji on it (家) it’s make sense. In my current level, I’m learned somes words already. I think i heard some times father and mother said as: 父(ちち) and 母(はは). Do you want to know how we call our family members in our language? Avó (vovó). My god!! what a huge comment... sorry sensei.
