For those that have trouble following it here are the basic points:
1. Russian spy (Maria) comes to the US looking to do spy things and get in the US’s government circle, particularly liberals/republicans since she seems to be one herself.
2. He meets her and tells the fbi about her as he was supposed to due to his low security clearance given to him a decade prior.
3. She starts hanging out with Republicans as was her mission, he tells the fbi.
4. X, Y, and Z tell him to let her do her thing so they can set up future republican president for impeachment on the basis of Russian collusion.
5. Hilary was under their control due to blackmail so they wanted her as president (guessing Bill as well, most likely tied to Epstein and video tapes of Bill and/or Hillary with minors).
