    Thanks for video. Very helpful stuff. I would like to see how you setup the Macros for libraries, ..etc. Maybe another video showing how to do this in detail when you have the time to do it will be super helpful.

    I'd like to know about the toolbar you made

    • @p.m-audio
      @p.m-audio 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thats the Macro toolbar you can simply download for free

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I made a separate video for this Toolbar and linked it above. There you can see the different macros and I also put a link to the page where you can download three of the "Navigate to..." macros and the "Show Tracks with Events" macro. If you modify them you can build your own Toolbar. I decided to upload my whole Toolbar including all the sample library lists. Can be downloaded for a small donation.

    How do I do your "Navigate to..." Macros? pls pls :)

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's very easy: Just use the "Find Track" command in your macro!
      I made a new video for the Orch Template Toolbar. There's also a link to the page where you can download three of the "Navigate to..." Macros... or get the whole Toolbar to import it into Studio One.

    Cool stuff. I still think Studio One is behind in attracting modern day music producers. Ableton/FL have that spot right now.

    This is one of the most frustrating features for me. I've been waiting for something like this for so long but it misses the mark. It's GREAT that you can control visibility in the ARRANGER but what about the EDITOR? To me the lack of track visibility control in the editor is the most time consuming aspect of working with large templates. Every time I want to edit midi, I like to see multiple tracks and it takes several minutes to set that up. I'm so shocked they haven't done anything about this... :(

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I assume you're talking about the track list in the editor? Could you give some more details in terms of what you expected? Do you want the track visibility in the arrangement to be mirrored in the editor track list?

    • @iancurrie3763
      @iancurrie3763 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@studioonetutorials Imagine you want to edit midi for multiple tracks - perhaps a string section, where you have 5 tracks (violin 1, violin2, viola, celli, bass). Typically you want to see ALL these tracks at the same time in the editor. How do YOU go about doing this? For me, it takes a long time, because the track list inside the editor shows EVERY track (even hidden ones) and if I have 300 tracks and I want to edit the 5th, 7th, 114th and 292nd it takes a LOT of scrolling.

    • @iancurrie3763
      @iancurrie3763 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's also really strange that you can use the track visibility macros in the editor and they effect the arrangement window instead of the editor.

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@iancurrie3763 I just select the events in the arrangement I want to edit and double-click one of them.

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The visibility commands don't have a scope. They change the track visibility in the arrangement, no matter which area is currently active when you call them.
