There is a difference between struggling to get over a sin than a person that is willfully sinning with no remorse or any regret. Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
So glad you spoke on this. So many seem to act like they don't know the difference between sin and practice sin. And many Christians don't agree with smoking cigarettes is practicing sin. Or they do believe but dont take stopping serious. Thank you again for sharing truth!
Some of the worst gossipers are Church Folk. They get angry with me when they come to me & I shut them down. I tell them "Hey, I don't do that". I have lost relationships with many people because I shut that chatter with me down. But I also have had a few people come to me & say "I apologize for coming to U with that stuff". U have to be direct about some things.
Thank you so much for taking the time to adequately explain scripturally how disfellowship is to be done. I had to right a wrong right after listening to your sermon. Keep the Faith! Again,”thank you.”
I truly have blessed by your teachings understanding the Word and applying it in my life at the 8 to 67! I live with my son who claims to be gay but doesn’t physically live the lifestyle or brings it around me in our home. I do not understand why the issue of lesbianism, as well as gay use in my family being raised in the church at children. My children do know my views of their lifestyle!
Ain't nothing in the scriptures tells us to play Candyman with devils. So it is not a sin to curse a devil or slay his spirit. Once you've tested them and know them to be like a Pharisee or Saducee cloaked in righteousness, you can curse them like Jesus did a fig tree, like Jesus did Bethseda- even treat them like Joshua did Acan. Jesus was not no Punk! Joshua wasn't no Punk! God ain't never asked us to be kind to any Damned Devil. What you are talking about is folk who love God. And what you said about, "You ain't even got to like a person(18:25)...," that is incorrect. Especially if Christ is in you! Sometimes we get love correct but "like" wrong when it comes to God's people! You can't love one of God's children without liking them in some way- otherwise when they sin, it would not make no sense to point out any error of their way. That is why vipers( not you) have taken over many black pulpits in America; vipers who think their cloaks are impenetrable. Dagons who are now unslammable, unbreakable by God( or so they think), and it is they who are dis-fellowshipping people of God from God in churches that set their own rules, own ways. Cults cloaked within our communities by dogs in the Ministry. Question is not 'Who let the dogs out," but who let the dogs in?" Two things can't occupy the same space at the same time, except for the one example Jesus gave: "...when the same is a thief and a robber!...

Great Lesson! Been a member of COC since my teens & I've never heard this broken down like this. Thank you Bro. Williams.
