  • So someone actually brought this turtle into the store I work at and we don't sell turtles that big so I told my boss I would take it. I already have three other turtles in the pond and I plan on this one being the last.

First, i know i comment too much sometimes, BUT, seriously, you do a great job taking care of all of your fish. From what you have said before we know you are busy at school and work, and with other chores, yet you do a great job maintaining all those tanks and ponds. And then the videos. Today you treated all of us like we were friends who dropped in for a visit. Hey dude, whassup? Oh i got this cool turtle......and i am working on heating this....and hey you wanna watch me hand feed this?.... There aint nobody else treats their subs like that. I still dont know why you aint got 100,000. I aint got no fish, but this is one of my favorite channels. And it aint just the tanks, what about them adventures? Off fishin in the gulf, or slidin down a river bank, or splashing up a creek? Still waiting for you to take your kayak monster fishing in your big pond tho.... Hook a big channel cat and turn the kayak into a speedboat... Anyway, you stay encouraged dude and keep up the good work and post when you can around work and school. You make a difference. And thats a good thing.

Awesome new turtle! I have a question, what brand of heater is that you have on the big pond? I couldn’t really tell. I have a pond that’s around 700 gallons that I’m working on getting set up for my pacus and possibly some other monsters, It’s going to be in my garage and I’m in the Midwest and in my state it gets really cold in the winter, last year we had a record drop and it made my tanks in my basement even drop. I’m trying to figure out what the best heater would be to use, I’ve been looking at these 1500 watt “pool” heaters they have on Amazon with a thermoset built in that you can set so I’m thinking thats what I’ll go with and maybe get another one if it doesn’t heat enough!
