The Stowaway Rifle has the potential to be the 21st Century answer to the H&R Handi-Rifle. I cant wait for StowMas when I get my 9mm rifle. Please consider introducing a 7.62x25 tokarev barrel with a long leade #7.62 twilight
I would love to see that. And unlike the Handi-Rifle, this could be out-of-the-box interchangeable (HRs often needed fitting to swap barrels). I know I'd be in for .300blk and 5.56mm barrels for sure.
@@tacticalmanatee The problem with that is it is a much longer cartridge so would require a whole new action and bolt. I think a 7.62 Tok with a long leade would make a really neat dedicated subsonic chambering. A long leade would impare accuracy but allow compatibility with some 300 blk bulet profiles.
@@dmccollom1969 I seem to recall they had said they planned .300blk when this was first announced. The bolt should be fine, it looks like it goes back far enough for 5.56mm-length rounds to fit into the action. If the bolt face is strong enough for it (and it looks plenty strong to me), only a bolt face and barrel should be needed like with 9mm/5.7mm.
When will the bolt faces be available for 5.7mm, for those of us who pre-ordered a 9mm stowaway? I see the 5.7m rifle barrel on your store, but no bolt faces.
30 Carbine would be a neat cartridge for this rifle.
Hells yeah
It's light but not smaller than carbines. My interest is there but without a magazine feeding device it's just a survival novelty weapon.
These little rigs are too cool... need one in 5.7...
AWESOME! Would love to see these in 357 mag and 44mag!

We apologize for the audio issues due to heavy winds and flurries
Confirm or deny release of different chamberings in 2025? Base platform of 5.7x28mm obviously, and projected .22 LR / .22 WMR barrels sold separately
9mm very soon, .22 cal in the future, additional calibers after that

5.7x28 is standard
In a email I received from dark mountain arms they said conversation kits should be available sometime this year for 9mm and 22LR
5.7x28mm caliber conversion kits will be released soon for purchase. Check the shop page on our website in the coming weeks
Pistol with 10” barrel is the mark, for 2000 FPS, why not sold as an option. Also, why not say when the 9mm options will release.
They have said end of January.
You can pre-order the 9mm version now. I did earlier this week. Shipping estimate is the end of Jan.
Any cartridge but 5.7x28...we know you can do it...
9mm is releasing at the end of this month, .22 next
@DarkMountainArms looking forward to it!
9mm i will order right now
They are available for preorder at blkmtnarms, will be releasing at the end of this month as well
Please confirm the calibre options that you can make and offer. Thanks.
