This Monument is completely neglected by ASI as well as Waqf Board. This amazing architecture there at #sreerangapattana, but most of the citizens of sreerangapattana doesn't know about this structure!
This is the graveyard of #GulamAli, who was the military Commander in #TippuSultan Reign.

ಸರ್ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಡೆಯೂ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿ ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳು ಅಳಿವಿನ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಸುಲ್ತಾನರು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಜಮಲಾಬಾದ್ ಕೋಟೆ (ಗಡಾಯಿ ಕಲ್ಲು)
ಇದೊಂದು ಬಹಳ ಅಪರೂಪದ ಕೋಟೆ ಅಂತಲೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು ಯಾಕಂದ್ರೆ ಅಂದಾಜು 1400 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರ ಇರುವ ಈ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮೇಲೆ ಟಿಪ್ಪುವಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ನಿರತ ಫಿರಂಗಿಗಳು ಈಗಲೂ ಯಥಾ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ತುತ್ತ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಆವೃತವಾದ ನೀರಿನ ಕೊಳ ಇದೆ.
