    I’ve caught that loco myself Ashley at Ludlow and it’s the first time seeing that blue liveried A4 of Sir Nigel Gresley

      I did see her a few times in her previous ticket. We are on holiday in Paignton this summer and she runs to Kingswear a couple of times while we are there so hopefully will be able to film those runs, just need some rain before then! Thanks for the comment, all the best Ashley

      Very kind thank you! Yes it was certainly busy and I hope everyone involved has a successful event, but it wasn't overcrowded like Flying Scotsman days can be! All the best Ashley

    Excellent video. Sir Nigel Gresley runs very well, her chuffing noise, her whistle, her new and old dark blue livery looks wonderful indeed. Best wishes from Josh

    Stunning video!! Incredible lighting and great angles for all the shots. Amazing sound and well taken shots that were very steady. Sir Nigel Gresely suits that railway so well in BR blue. Very very entertaining video, well done. Keep it up and happy Easter!

    I don't get why the Brits often turn up the blower so loud one cannot even hear the exhaust.

    • @stevenparker6620
      @stevenparker6620 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe what you think is the sound of the blower is in fact the vacuum ejector?

    • @alts1985
      @alts1985  ปีที่แล้ว

      To be honest I have no idea! Ashley

    • @alts1985

      @@alts1985 No problem, Ashley. I was firing on the day of this video, and I can tell you everything about this loco is loud! That includes the vac ejector - but obviously most of the world run on air and so aren't acquinted with that sound, which is very similar to the blower.
