It is actually a Danish Class F - named Tinkerbell. My friend is writing a TTTE-like series using Danish locos. :)

Great video I haven’t been to the NVR since I was a kid, I remember they where trying to build a Toby as my dad gave me some money to put in the bucket hanging off the buffer shank. Great to see it again after all these years.

Thank you for sharing your video, it was nice to see as I have not paid a visit for 40 years. Back then, there was no service through the tunnel and only ran to Nene Park, not into the city. We rode in European stock behind a large European loco.

The branch near the PBoro end of the line allows for visiting locos to join the NVR from the main line.
We lived at ten back of Orton Mere station for 8 years and saw a few, most notably was 60163 Tornado (4-6-2) in blue livery. Very impressive up close and personal.

As the black loco has Nr, which is the german abbreviation for Number, and as it bears the colours of the Austrian flag, I would suggest that it's very probably an austrian loco.

Local people always say NEN and not NEEEEEEEN ! ( To say nothing of HARPOLE , BUGBROOK AND NOBOTTLE , also Duston , pronounced DUSS'ON)
