The “most iconic” Red Velvet song, I’d say, is “Bad Boy”. It ROCKETED them in popularity internationally. By many, it’s agreed that it’s their best song (alongside Psycho). I’d DEFINITELY check it out! It’s a beautiful song and the girls look PHENOMENAL in it.
I think also red flavor mv and happiness mv (debute song) were also popular for their older songs right?
I think it was dumb dumb. After that is when they started to get invited to award shows etc.
They don’t have one they switch it up you could say Red Flavour or Power Up Zimzalabim they switch it up too much one of the most diverse groups/artists in the world!

Rbb is Velvet concept
The member with the silver/withe hair (Wendy) recently fell of around 2.5 meters during a rehearsal for the SBS's annual Gayo Daejun.
She was prepared to go down stairs during the song. But the stairs were not set in place. At that moment, she lost her balance and fell down the stage. Wendy broke multiple bones, including her right pelvis and wrist, while also sustaining a cracked cheekbone, as well as multiple bruises. She will reportedly require more than six weeks of healing time.
Also many fans got angry after the apology by SBS because it was mainly directed to the fans and not Wendy or her family since it was mainly their fault that she felled but they wrote a second apology now.
There are also other groups that had problems with the stage.

actually Red Velvet has 2 main concepts; The Red side: pop bubbly cute bright and The Velvet side: r&b dark mature elegant. they're so versatile and can pull off those 2 concepts!
Red side songs: Red Flavor, Russian Roulette, Umpah Umpah, Ice Cream Cake, etc
Velvet side songs: Psycho, Bad Boy, One of This Nights, Automatic, Be Natural, etc
Red Velvet side songs (both concepts combined) : Peek A Boo, Really Bad Boy
(in my opinion) they always have dark or creepy undertones on most of their songs and it makes them interesting.

Red Velvet has two sides some of their songs are “red” which is their more pop cutesy songs, while their “velvet” ones are more chill and r&b inspired, other songs are a mix of both the red and velvet. They experiment a lot with their music, so I wouldn’t say there is just one song that describes them because you never know what they’re going to do next.
Bad boy is one of the songs that went viral it's very r&b because they were American producers who helped create the beat I really recommend watching the MV and also listening to the english version.
They are considered one of the most versatile groups in kpop industry, they aren't afraid of be experimental with music. They have a lot of songs with different genres and different concepts as their name say, they have 2 sides:
*Red side* : songs with a cute/poppy/fun/girly vibe
*Velvet side* : songs with a vibe more mature/elegant and mostly rnb (they are queens of rnb).
As I said they don't stuck in one concept so that's why they are not as popular as blackpink or twice but definitely they are one of the best artists of this generation. Also considered as the best vocalist along with mamamoo (rv is really good at harmonize) and crowned by Billboard as the best idol group alive bc of their impeccable and impressive wide-ranging discography, one of the best is kpop.
The song you guys were talking was bad boy, that song made a huge impact in western public, also crowned as the best kpop song of 2018.

Just as note- Red Velvet doesn't have an English version. The person who did the DEMO for them, put out that version, but RV just has the Korean version.

Actually red velvets track is very r&b. Their music is very r&b base, they are the queens of r&b. They release two mini albums during the summer. Zimzalabim and umpah umpah. Psycho is the finally trilogy.
The song ur talking about is called Bad Boy. Korean groups are different, they train them differently, koreans train their artist in groups to be one, to have a sibling like bond, this bond will make the group as one, which is different from how western groups are like.
songwise red velvet are the most versatile group as well as having the best vocal range for a girl group! red velvet experiment a lot!
as for personalities i think they have some of the best personalities. they're actually savage when they want/need to be, they're free spirited crackheads, they're naturally funny and have great chemistry as a group.

Irene is the leader who is also rapper of the group and she's known in kpop for her beautiful visual.
Yeri is also another rapper for the group and she's very cute(babyface) she was added to the year I think a year after they debute with 4 members.
Joy is the sexy one yet shy too kinda like kai from exo..and I believe she's also the center of the group.
Wendy is the mainvocalist who is currently healing up and not promoting Psycho which is sad because this comeback was definitely hers😭
Suelgi is the maindancer of the group and also the one you said you like her green highlight hairstyle..

I'm really waiting for that next Red Velvet reaction from you guys. You won't regret watching and LISTENING TO THEIR MUSIC. Billboard named them as the "Best idol group alive" they have topped the charts many times too. They've actually done a lot.

Seulgi - she is the one with the short hair and some green highlights, and also the one who looks at her reflection on the mirror, she is also the main dancer and the lead vocalist.
Wendy - She is the one with the light blonde kind of white hair, she is also fluent in English and has an amazing voice, that's also why she is the main Vocalist.
Joy - The girl with the blue dress and bangs, who was also in a car, with a black dress. She is the lead rapper and also a vocalist.
Yeri - The girl who was jumping up and down on a bed, with a white dress and marks of kisses of kind of purple/red-ish lipstick on it. She is the maknae(youngest) also a rapper and a vocalist.
Irene - Is the girl who was wearing a white top and white skirt with some white feathers? 😅on top of her head. She is also the leader, main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist and Center /Visuals, and she is the oldest member.
We Psycho is their most iconic song as of now but most of their songs are really good. You can try to react to Peek-a-Boo if you want darker tones, Bad Boy if you want something similar to Psycho, Russian Roulette or Dumb Dumb if you want to see a retro vibe, or Red Flavor or Power up if you want a summer vibe (They're also called summer queens of the 3rd Generation KPOP because of their summer songs being the best)
