Thats also in the bible - book of enoch: the first generation of giants (nephilim, the size of mountains) fought each other for power and at one point rebeled against their fathers (watchers/fallen angels) and fought them too, and lost
@okk2005 i guess not for most, but it is biblical for me as it is present in the ethiopian orthodox bible, and as i am a non-denominational christian, its just more of a somewhat contextualization to the preflood world
The smaller species living on top of titan species like Zunesha's sounds very cool! It also reminds me of what they did in the Avatar series where humans lived on the back of giant turtles in the timeperiod where the very first Avatar lived. I believe the creators of Avatar got that inspiration from some sort of mythological folklore or something.. And tbh i think that is a very Oda like thing to do as well but in a different way
.... The Void Century and prior Age of Wonder in One Piece absolutely should get some supplementary material. Hes built those worlds up better than the one the Straw Hats actually exist in. Like after the Manga ends id be cool if Oda had his editor or some other trusted less busy partners to write some new stories using Oda's secret worldbuilding notes as a basis. Kinda like the Hisoka oneshot for HunterxHunter. I love when series drop random high quality lore dumps like that. They make the world feel bigger and more familiar at the same time.
I think you’re taking the ‘Content Puller’ too literally, I’m pretty sure it’s just an epithet like how Whitebeard was ‘The World’s Strongest Man’, or how Kido was ‘King of Beasts’. Just a title people gave them because they were just incredibly strong badasses.
I've actually been thinking recently, more and more as Oda reveals stuff. That the world of One Piece may not actually be as big as we've thought. It just looks so big because the people living on it are way smaller than we are. Or have become smaller than we are. And that giants and ancient giants just represent surviving populations of how large things used to be. We also know that body sizes can wildly fluctuate between individuals, way more than is normal for us here on earth. And one would think that's just silly cartoon logic used for comedic effect and dramatic page spreads. But what if those exceptionally large humans have just inherited rare recessive genes that have survived through the ages? And so are able to grow closer to the size people used to be? The idea that Oda may have heard about island dwarfism, and in his story where the world has flooded had surviving populations seek safety on the few bits of land sparsely spread out on an ocean that's larger than ever, and subsequently shrunk from the lower availability of resources isn't entirely out of the question. Especially since Oda likes to pull from many varied sources for his world. We have evidence of gigantic structures and objects where you just have to ask yourself how that could have ever been built. And because the world of One Piece can be so wacky and zany you're lulled into a false sense of security and don't think about it much, writing it off as silly cartoon logic. But Oda also has a knack for bringing things around way, WAY later, and giving new context to old events and locations that paint them in an entirely new light. And then you think of the evidence of colossal beings of a mind boggling scale scattered around the world, kilometers long seakings, an elephant that treads the ocean, skulls the size of mountains and islands, gigantic shadowy shapes moving in the mist. And you kind of realize that those kinds of beings could have built and made stuff of that scale. Especially if beings of that size used to be more common, until the world flooded. Also think back on the various biblical references Oda likes to put in. And then realize that ancient humans before the great flood used to be larger, and longer lived. That angels used to come down from heaven to help mankind. And that there were Nephilim, a race of giants born from those fallen angels and humans. The world government has been looking into gigantification for a long while already before the Seraphim program. Obviously this is nothing more than a crackpot theory and jumbled half-cohesive ideas, but it's food for thought.
So you got bored and read Arturs Library of O'Hara timeline too huh? He needs to put up a disclaimer that reading the timeline may incite paranoia about history, its why I think Kuhera and Carmel are related now.😂
What about the ancient civilization that was living on the moon! I believed that the the ancestors from the void century was able to travel to different planets rather than just an Apollo mission just to the moon.
When you had your aurika moment with bung sake i knew things will get better around you Do you converse with dusk&dawn? I think you can do amazing things together
Just a random thought. What if Imu is the umibozu who, like Chopper also ate the human human fruit? However we don't know their specific types. Maybe, just maybe, Chopper wll get an upgrade based on the DF and Imu may be just the most regular human human fruit. It would be hilarious, because you would turn the idea of fight of human against a god on itself, because while Imu is a "god" with "human" power, Luffy would be the exact opposite. Damn, I feel that these polar opposites are what Vegapunk was describing. Concernig Imu, I don't know why, but I still keep imagining this person to be like the Mr. Bean drawn portrait of Whistler's mother...And the hybrid form (if what we saw is that) would be a perfect joke on Oda's part on us. I only have another nitpick, it is not a two-hander, it is 1,5-hander based on the image/drawing itself, because the handle is just too short. If you wanted to use it as a two-hander, you would loose too much of the grip to properly leverage. if you treat as 1,5 hander or "universal" you can be quick and add the extra leverage when needed. Or just a quick cut when the blade connection is broken. But that does not happen in the actual swordfighting, more like in cinema/theatre.
I dont think the planet was ruled by giants ever. I think humanity got A lil too smart and messed up and messed around way too much and flooded the planet and humanity response was to further experiment too adapt to the new landscape.
Little Oars Jr I don't think was ever confirmed to be dead. Moria was taken down by Doffy after Marineford, and we don't know what happened with the fallen WB pirates after Shanks forced the ceasefire. I always assumed the WB Fleet were given time to grab their wounded and dead then leave, as would be customary after battles in many older cultures. Oars jr lost his leg like Saul did so who knows, and I'd like an Oars Jr Luffy meeting between Straw Hat wearers and 2 beings Ace loved very much. Thats now my 2nd most hoped for random meeting on Elbaph, still want to see Zoro fight Shanks twin Ganks though.
Are the Giant swords the reason the trees are Flowing water there is a tree i seen online been producing water for Years ,,from a Hole Could Luffy Grow Giant And Remove the Sword then shrink himself and the Sword's = Final Ancient Weapon's Arc lol
What if imu is a titan? Trying to slowly turn the world back to being ruled by giants. Also would be why the governments been so obsessed with gigantification stuff
What if the Void Century in One Piece was actually the aftermath of an interplanetary war? Think about it: creatures like Zunesha and the giants seem way too massive for the Blue Planet. What if they’re not from here at all? What if they originated from a much larger planet-one where their size wouldn’t be an anomaly, but the norm? Here’s the kicker: the One Piece lore confirms that at least one of the moons orbiting the planet was inhabited and had contact with a larger planetary body. If there were exchanges between the moon and the planet, why couldn’t the Blue Star itself have been part of an even greater cosmic network? Maybe in the distant past, there was regular interaction with larger planets perfectly suited for these colossal beings, but something-like a devastating war-cut off those connections. Could the Void Century be the erased history of these interplanetary relationships? Maybe the Ancient Kingdom wasn’t just uniting islands but uniting planets, and their defeat wasn’t just political but galactic. It’s wild to think about, but in a world as mysterious as One Piece, it doesn’t sound so far-fetched. I was supportem by chat gpt in translation, so sorry for all misstakes
Ummmmmmmmm so unrelated but i think i learned who Imu is There's a manga i so randomly found... Im: The Great Priest Imhotep Basically Im was a priest, and there were 8 primordial gods. Someone "i assume joyboy in context" i believe the ennead freed false gods, magai, devils? And 3000 years later imhotep came tot try to get rid of the devils. But joyboy or in the story sun God atum was one of the ennead that was released. And of the 9, 3 are the moon God, the black serpent, and the sun god
I'm not trying to make connections where there aren't any so I'm just going to ask this. As a random question, is there a connection between ores the continent puller and Blackbeard? Because teach has three skulls and uses Tre of things to symbolize him a lot of the time. Ohrs has three skulls very similar to blackbeards jolly? Roger like a belt buckle. If the schools weren't positioned in this way, just like Blackbeard's jolly. Roger, I would have not said a word because that's kind of a stretch but the fact that there is three and two are in opposing profiles and ones facing dead on and there is a cross underneath. It is very similar to Blackbeard's jolly. Roger which has the exact same skulls but different bones I believe.... I'm asking for the most part.... Is there a connection? not telling.. just asking truthfully
Manu (Ohara) how come , with this new format of videos, is your background more crisp than you are. It's like a 1980's video montage. I'm a fan of you and your content, but not this 'new' video style...Sorry. Edit: I think since there has been a warning 'don't stay on Elbaph too long' also has a meaning, otherwise you might grow in huge ways....Hence the Ádam' tree or even the sword...It could even be that the island ate a devil fruit wich enlarges everything over time... Or it's just the eternal Owl in the Owl library who is eternal and can gigantify the books from Ohara and everything else on the island.
Now this is a great thumbnail 👍and the classic Ohara cooking is back!
Love it... Your gonna finnd the one piece before oda at this point
Mann I Loveee your one piece content
Amazing video bro 😁🔎
Sorry but I can’t stop thinking about Greek mythology so gods vs titans is literally in Greek mythology
Thats also in the bible - book of enoch: the first generation of giants (nephilim, the size of mountains) fought each other for power and at one point rebeled against their fathers (watchers/fallen angels) and fought them too, and lost
Titans are gods
You mean
Titans vs primordials
And
Titans vs Olympians
@@paulomontenegro6886 Book of Enoch is not counted as a biblical book so no it is NOT in the Bible.
But there is probably something in it which is biblical and true but can't be sure.
@okk2005 i guess not for most, but it is biblical for me as it is present in the ethiopian orthodox bible, and as i am a non-denominational christian, its just more of a somewhat contextualization to the preflood world

I hope when OP is done, Oda will release a prequel about Nika 😅
🔎Another great video Manu! Love the content you create!🤌🔍
1:50 BRENNAN BEE BULLIGANNNN
I want that part 2 now 🔎
🔎 great video
Giant Luffy with Giant Katana vs Giant Blackbeard with Giant Claymore vs Giant Imu with Giant Lasers would be fun.
Keep it up nice

🔎Love this. It just makes sense. Everything would fall into place. This is the start to a great theory I can wait to see where you go with this 🔎

The tree has an ancient giantbody encased in it, attack on titan wall-like, 😳 his sword still by his side showing his sacrifice for Elbaf.
Let’s go we’ll see Bhanks soon!
Another point you missed on the oars wano connection is the wano hat oars junior made for ace in the cover page
did you forget the 200m sea level rise? the tree is taller than it looks
🔎 theory crafting is a favorite hobby of mine.
Bring back the old setup ohara
Little Oars Jr was not confirmed to die at Marineford btw. There's a chance he is still alive
At first I was skeptical, but shit how much sense does this make.
This is probably not the truth but, oh boy, how do I enjoy watching these videos ❤
Man oda just needs to hire you to help finish the story. Always down for a ohara theory
No hate but pretty sure oda is cooking way more deviously than ohara ever did
Not a bad theory. Now we need the rest 🔍
🔎 let's go
