I've watched your channel since your first trip with Francis but only subscribed today after your heartfelt tribute to your grandad, very touching and obviously plenty of positive feedback about it 👏👏👏 Dig in, it's a great watch.
Dude. I visited the Cameron Highlands for Christmas 1978 as a wee boy. Don't miss the traditional cream tea at Fosters Smokehouse Hotel. After that climb, you and the guys deserve the scones and a good cuppa. Cheers
I like your filming style Ben, much more prolonged look at the actual scenery and route itself, not too many chop cuts, perfect! I also fell off chair when you were talking about biggest day yet 6000 feet climb etc, then lawrence cruises past on the back of a truck 😂
I love you guys, thank you for sharing your trip with us!❤ It‘s also great to see the same day from different perspectives. But there is one thing I wonder all the time, which panniers are you using, the 10L or the 16L version?
You went up via the Simpang Pulai route. There is another route through Tapah. That would be insane, but it will bring you to many smaller towns with lots of stops for food.
Hi Ben. How do you find the Emonda ALR treating you? Seeing a recent video on it by Cycling Weekly kinda makes me worried as I'm considering this exact frame to build up my bike.
Thanks Ben , Francis , and Lawrence.....

White helmet is the best in the tropics. Massive difference between white & black helmets.
With the concerns of water, why don’t they carry a Camel Pac water pouch? That would give them enough water on their rides.
great homage to your grandfather.
Great ride/climb Ben - what sort of gradients were you riding generally?
