Excellent Ben. It’s been great watching all three of you posting your vids. I can imagine you feeling it a bit coming back and leaving the others out there but you have been such a part of the team and so impressed with you riding home from the airport. Having a low heart rate such as 133 when you normally are in a higher range for the power is actually a sign of fatigue and over training, which always occurs on trips such as this. It also could be an issue with electrolytes and nutrition.
It isn't really a good thing, but it does show your output is harder than normal. It however isn't an underlying gauge of your fitness in this shorter time period. Keep it up though (possibly at a more sustainable level) and one day it might be though. This issue is though, it never gets any easier, you just go faster!
