On my CT200U, I took the bearings out and took off the two rubber cap rings and just put them through a parts cleaner tub bath. They were both completely seized with so much grime and almost zero grease. As far as I could tell, the inner race was rolling on the axle bolt with no bearing movement 😬 But after a cleaning and aviation grease, good as new! I'm a cheap guy, so I didnt get new ones, just saved the old ones 😂
Thanks! I actually made it myself out of some scrap tubing that was already bent. I also welded a 3/4" standard lawn mower muffler to it. It's relatively high flow compared to the stock one but still not ear piercingly loud.
Hey i’m having some trouble with the back wheel not spinning freely when i tighten the axle. Not sure if it’s the brake or what it might be. Any suggestions?
First, if you removed the bearings to clean/grease them, make sure you put the spacer sleeve back in the wheel between the bearings (I've forgot that before😂) If you haven't already, disconnect the brake arm that moves on the drum to apply the brakes from the cable. If it spins fine, you probably have too much tension on your cable and need to back the nut off. Also the drum brake could be crooked to the wheel. try loosening the nut that holds the brake drum to the frame, if it then spins fine, put a washer in between the arm and the frame to make up the distance between the two. Make sure the wheel is straight in the frame Also, check with the manual that all the washers and spacers are in the right order on the axle
I don't think I had a washer on the left. I'm not the first owner of this bike and I've also installed a CVT so things on mine might be slightly different. The main thing to make sure of is that the chain rides straight. My only advise is to look at your owners manual or another video. Sorry!
Nice video kiddo. Glad to see the younginz not just watching the tiktok
Great video one question, how’d you stay so clean. Man I had to take a shower before I road it.

Yikes! Glad you were able to bring them around! Thanks for watching!
Great video man! How do you like the sunf tires?
They are amazing. Night and day difference out on the trails- especially in the mud and loose dirt. By far one of the upgrades I've done.
What kind of exhaust do you use, that’s awesome something to look into keep doing videos

On your left spacer did you put the washer on first or last

What’s that stuff you sprayed it with to inflate it?
I used non-chlorinated brake cleaner to explode the tire to seat the bead and I used soapy water to mount the tires on the bead.
I just ordered a 10 pack of bearings on Amazon for $13
Nice!
