Next time, take a block of wood and place it over the bearing flush, then tap it. It will push the Bering evenly and will go in a lot easier.without risk of damaging the bearing.
Thank you for the comment, I'll show lil dude your comment and he will be super excited!! Make sure to turn on your notifications for my channel*NEW* videos are coming!!!
Those are good looking tires!! I’m thing about replacing my V tread tires on my Coleman EB200 for those. I love working on mini bikes with my son too👍🏻
Hey what's up? Always fun working on the mini bikes! 4:10 - I went to "MAVIS Discount Tire" and they have a small tire changer designed for garden tractors, etc.., and they did a good job. I think I have changed 8 or 10 so far there and they have done a good job. But I can see how it would be easy to damage these rims on a machine. If you have a MAVIS near you, it might be worth a shot to try them. I hate changing tires, will pay for someone else to do it every time! LOL
I hope this means you are getting ready for the Gambler. I am camping at Gambler Town this year. I did 100 miles last weekend outside of Portland. My bike seems to be working well.
Watch the video when he flips the tire you can see they are 20x7x8. I have a Coleman bt200 I run 12 inch rim 120/60 and a 16x7.5x8. Runs about 65 with just the lil mods done on 224cc predator. Still work in progress to what I’m doing to it. But I’m satisfied with how it’s coming out. Winter time comes back I’m welding longer tabs for live axle trying to fit a 18x9.5. Gotta use a jack shaft for that fatty
That Studz racing sprocket appears to be of better quality than the 60 tooth from monsterscooterparts. The bore size in theirs is a touch too large and can cause a loose then tight chain as you roll the tire. A 60 tooth with the jackshaft? I know it would be killer for slow speed off road. Is the bike going to be used on the street?
Good eye!!!I watched a video with someone using a Studz sprocket and bought 2 of them!!! I'm very happy with the quality. Keep watching this build as for now I'm keeping the clutch on it. But that might change here in a few more videos.
@@minibikemike02 I will and finally subscribed. In my opinion the 60 tooth is a must have with a TAV. Even if the engine is completely stock and governed. Just back the screw out and you're good to go.
I'm a grown man who makes TH-cam videos of mini bikes!! Am I ok? No lol. You gotta be some sort of crazy to get on a mini bike that the engine is about to explode at any second lol... I'm ok just fat lol
I spend a lot of time with my 4 year old daughter her mom informed me she turning into a gear head like her father I said how so she took her to Walmart to look at toys for her birthday she went to the tool section she wanted a tool set she has a tool box with her own stuff now

An atv jack sure comes in handy. Little guy did great on the vid.

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious how you're trying to put those bearings in, that's not how you do it at all! Lmao
And you don't boil the outside of the bearing cuz it will come out of the wheel or when it wears down it will spend inside the wheel in Waller it out
u had a nice rythym going with that drum technique all u needed was a hi hat and that beat was Litt
Lol thank you, I usually move ugly with beats and music lol

That's awesome helper you got there👍🙂🙏
Thanks for the information 👍
When doing bearings, Please try to start them straighter! That was your problem with he first one!
All he had to do was get a socket the same size as the outer ring of that bearing and tap it in there evenly
