Nice one Peter: Always appreciated...Never really heard of their stuff to be honest unless it was on the radio in the car in the background but they ain't too shabby at all.... looked like a good night for you and all, Me and the Wife going to see Extreme on Monday, first time since 32 years, Pierce The Veil after that with our Daughters and have secured tickets for The Damned December 4th next year at Newcastle (50+ miles away no problem) - Rat Scabies is back with them - what better way to want my 2 daughters to see one of my favourite line ups before I die.... All Good. Frank Turner is a good front man for sure and the guys with him works as good as anything I've heard.
I'd been looking forward to it from the moment it was first announced and it certainly didn't disappoint. I'm now looking forward to the new album. Thanks for the comments.
Nice one Peter: Never heard of him/these to be honest but they ain't too shabby at all.... looked like a good night, (he swears alot to get his point across but who doesn't?.... lol) Me and the Wife going to see Extreme on Monday, first time in 32 years, Pierce The Veil after that and have secured tickets for The Damned December 4th next year, all 4 of us are going - Rat Scabies is back in the fold, want my 2 daughters to see one of my favourite line ups before I die.... All Good. Gonna watch all this in the next hour or two. Cheers.
LOL. And here I was thinking that maybe it was only me who found his expletives a bit excessive. I have nothing against swearing if it serves a purpose. But I am somewhat put off by songs which include swear words for no real reason - maybe to be cool. I know it's a generational thing. I can't help that. Thankfully for me, Frank doesn't include too many 'fuck's in his actual songs. It was a great show and he really knows how to motivate his audience. I was worried that the balcony where I was sitting might collapse under all the jumping. I thought of you straight away when I heard that Rat was back with The Damned. Glad to hear the whole family is going. Should be one hell of a night. It would be terrific to see that line-up touring Australia but it might be a little far for some of them. Have to wait and see. Cheers.
@@Peter_LiveMusic Hey Peter, dead quick, my Wife's niece had her 18th Birthday party and they all came round to our house on Saturday night before they all went out as our house is the most fun and closer to the town centre... I shouted on the girls in the next room - does anybody know of Frank Turner - 2 or 3 them shouted "Yeah" - I put your vid on and they were saying "That's not Frank Ocean" - anyway I told them all they were useless and to get away from me.... - hilarious (they have a good sense of humour).
@@tankthelord1178 LOL. I had to look up who Frank Ocean is. A rapper - no wonder I didn't know him. So The Damned have recently announced their last ever tour of Australia. It will be the line up with Rat. And I'm getting to see them way before you - in a little over three months. I'll be down the front this time. Expect some more footage.
