@@BSKY4907 If you use OBS to record, in the video setting, there is a Canvas Base Output (which is the resolution of your monitor), and the output one, it must be on Aspect Ratio 16:9, if it is 16:10 or other random nomber as 64:64. Also, make sure the game is also in the same resolution resolution 16:9, or stretch it, i don't have a clear answer but if you can search how to do it and make some comparasions!
I do not use OBS, I use the Quest recorder that cane with the headset. Also I use Standalone quest.
