I have to dug deeper as Jaylen Carter was being focused on but Grevon Dexter PFF grade was higher. I'm not having any luck searching 2023 pre-draft PFF ratings
Pickens was more the speed pass rusher prospect. Him developing. Giving us 5 sacks would be huge. We need him to be a really good pass rusher at DT. Dexter at NT, Pickens at 3Tech are our best pass rush DT's. 🤷🏻💯 So im glad we got the best DL coach at DC. Cause we are gonna need it. Billings isn't that good either tbh. He's an Above Avg NT who gets beat on sometimes. Randolph is DT4 Rn which, Huge fan. Gonna have to keep on the 53 atleast through initial roster cuts, maybe week 2-3 you can sneak him onto the practice squad. Idk if i would risk it like we did with Bell. Outside that, DE we have Sweat, he's an All Pro at RE, was forced to LE because his size in Washington. Plus Chase Young is a smaller speed rusher. But in this D, Sweat is an All Pro RE. I hope Booker rushes from LE if he is the pass rush sub in. Got a feeling Dom Robinson might snap. Idk. But Walker an Avg to Above Avg LE, is the only other DE we have who can set the Edge. 1 goes down and we are getting run over. Walker should do good this year at collapsing the pocket tho. Alot of question marks in the Trenches. Less worried about the OL, still think we got issues there. Raiders didn't pay AB, we shouldn't pay Nate Davis. Just send him home and file the paperwork with the Nfl. Maybe 🤔 you put him on the trade block 1st but the Yale kid may play there, Braxton may play there. Both can. Carter can only play there. 😅 But he can play decent RG. Use that $$$ and go sign Connor Williams or something. That would be a huge upgrade. LT Brax LG Tev (Gotta stay here due to injury) C Connor Williams RG we just got from Buffalo would conpete w/Yiran? The Yale/Chicago kid at RG. RT Wright. The 3rd Tackle will not have a chance to beat out Brax due to injury. We will see next camp. 💯 Then we would also have a good backup Center who we got as our starter now, so he can definitely help an Interior with injury history. If you could get out from under Nate Davis due to his actions... This OL could get alot better real fast imo.

I had Carter off my board, so did 🐻, we pry both regret it. 🤷🏻 We wouldn't of got the 4th to take our Punter who, gonna win us games. Ok maybe we have him and Not Booker. Pickens actually improved more than Dexter the second half of the season. He learned his role well and was coming into his own, but as more of a run defender and lock down on the front line than pressures

@@Beardownsports Perfect situation is Pickens replaces Andrew Billings by the end of the season, and Dexter becomes a good 3-tech and holds his own
@@TunaTDF I agree. Pickens is solid against the run, not quite to Billings level yet, but I think he's progressing nicely
The only thing with Pickens is his body style is not 1 tech or NT. He'd lose all his speed if he bulks up. 3 tech or bust in my opinion.
