- TH-cam, there was no harassment or bullying in both of my videos. In fact, I actively DISCOURAGED harassment and bullying. I told people to IGNORE him which is the opposite of harassment. I never doxxed or revealed his personal information. Please, TH-cam. You know he is trying to avoid taking accountability because of the attempted copyright strike. Please, TH-cam. Reinstate the videos. They haven't violated Terms of Service at all.
I have NEVER encouraged the harassment and bullying of him. If he has received harassment and bullying, it is NOT because of my video.
I have NEVER encouraged people to dox nosoydarku. If people have done that, it is NOT because of my video.
If he has received harassment, bullying, threats, and doxxing, then it is not my fault because I have actively discouraged these behaviors. I told him explicitly in my copyright strike video that you shouldn't put yourself into situations where you have to dox yourself which is an indirect discouragement of doxxing people.

I used to be a fan of Darku but now im just disgusted at his actions. When i first heard the allegations and say his apology I thought "okay, he seems legit, he took accountability and explained it well enough.." but I was just lying to myself because I did enjoy his content. As much as this sucks, you need to watch your wording when making exposing videos. There is a reason people say allegedly when talking about topics. It's due to yt guidelines and the fact you can get sued for deformation.
Yt rejected your appeal as you mentioned the potential of private info being leaked. I understand you were not encouraging it but you can't say things like that.

I think the reason you didn't recover the videos is because you did send harassment, asking people to report a chanel in mass is a form of harassment especialy considering that a lot of the are going to send harassment in their way to report, also even tho he is a supposed "predator" his content still is correct and does not harm anyone so it is harassment to ask to report content that is correct just because what has done it's creator, i think that what you should have done is ask everyone to not have contact with him to prevent this from happening again
