I bought a red vsj843 through your site recently and I gotta say I absolutely love the juicer and the ordering process. It shipped quick and without damage. I've used it a bunch and have yet to jam it with anything by following your instructions. It might have already saved my roommate's life, to be completely honest. He was waking up with a blood sugar of 265+ and had an A1C at 11.7%. Today his sugar was 165 and he's even exercising for the first time in his adult life at age 48. The power of juiced veggies is borderline magical! I'd say the only criticisms I have about the ordering process was that removing things from the cart wasn't very easy (I changed my mind on color). The other issue was the order page attempts to complete the order when just attempting to apply the coupon code you had for like $20 off or something instead of applying the coupon and confirming the order after. Otherwise, perfect experience, and I will be sending more people to your site/vids.
Thank you John for another useful video. I use the C7000, VSJ843, and the Slowstar. Very important to chop up the mature greens and celery in any vertical juicer. I read a lot of reviews complaining of clogging issues with these juicers and it seems to me that any clogging in a vertical juicer is highly likely to be operator error and not a problem with the juicer.
Excellent quality information and sugar free. I only juice lemons or limes and cucumbers as fruits because of pre diabetes scares. I drink a lot of green juices and it is amazing for healthy aging. Carrots I blend because juicing Carrots or apple's, pears or oranges raises my blood sugar and I will not risk that. Green sugar free juices are a staple for me and lemon Ginger Juice diluted with spring water .i also blend green and berry smoothies. My green juices contain Kale, red , green and black, swiss chard , Spinach mixed with cucumbers celery and ginger or lemons and limes. I mix up my combinations to nourish my body effectively because one shouldn't juice the same ingredients.
Hi John I just bought this kuvings C7000 from Kuvings directly and they have sale yesterday so I'm gonna get it tomorrow. Anyway I see lots of comments about over heating and the juicer stops working latter after cooling then it starts working. how is that? I love your videos and your videos convinced me to get this juicer thanks again
The juicer does have a 30 minute duty cycle. I have had it shut down on me maybe between 45 minutes and 60 minutes, which doesnt happen on the Slowstar or VSJ843. this is to prevent motor damage from overheating. Moral: Dont use past 30 minutes.
Do you have any recommendations about how to wash/clean produce (lbs) leafy greens? Also do you weigh out your produce to get consistent taste in your recipes?
How big is the nutrient loss if I only juice once per day and store in a vacuum sealed bottle? Can this juice still be consumed for therapeutic purposes, for example if it's 12 hours old? Thanks!

I noticed that your juicer is dangerously close to the edge of your countertop. What about a stop on the counter so that the juicer is moved over so as not to fall off for every run. Just a thought.
Break a piece of the celery on top the strings will stay attached to that piece and that’s what you get rid off and your juicer won’t clog and you can throw whole Stock in
You mentioned the NC800 where you don't have to precut the vegetables. The 4th NC1000 I bought just broke in the same spot as the last three, even though I chopped up the beets to nearly 1/4" pieces! Omega told me to clean out the screen filter cone to avoid pulp build up when the juice cup is a quarter, half and three quarter full. Omega sucks! The engineering is wimpy!. The big box store has a 180 day return policy so when I return it for a new one, avoiding Omega's $10 shipping charge...I may get the 800 if you think it'll hold up without chopping or breaking.

With the Evo 820, I cut the celery in small chunks, and alternate, and I do not experience clogging.

make sure you soak your fibrous vegetables in cold cold water like 20min before to hydrate the fibers. Then you dont need to cut it so small
