    Lol in as much as i love this project and the flutterwave guy doing this, they really need to bring in a lot of universities graduate and student on IT to build this stuff also

    That was how investors invested with Landmark… we all know how the story ended… foreign investors are not dumb, they research before putting in their money into something

      I would be surprised if anyone invested without doing their proper due dilligence. Did any part of the video suggest that?

      @ due diligence seems not to be enough anymore… investor confidence comes from trust in the rule of law.

Even on that landmark stuff, have you checked what the law says on ownership of coastal lands in nigeria? If you buy a land from omo onile and you don't check from your lawyers, you are on your own

      There is already considerable involvement of the state government in Alaro city with the provision of infrastructures. It certainly can not go the Landmark way.

      Kenya is already ahead in terms of this🤣🤣. Many are being inspired by it ( Konza City, Check it out) it's not about competition brother its working together to build Africa for our future children to succeed globally.
