This is motivating as a parts time realtor myself. this training has given me more confidence. I went on my first preview appt and will follow up forever. The bottom line, I need to start making more phone calls to see any changes in myself and in my career.
I currently work a 9-5. I graduated with a degree on Communication. I am considering pursuing a career as a Real Estate Agent and I found this to be very informative! Thank you!
1:04 This is why so many agents don't make it through. Sad, but true. Most don't have any idea what's actually involved - this is why doing your research and studying is so important.
I've been doing both, making calls and posting on social media. I've had several clients come through just on social media. Working on a transaction right now because of social media. As of now I haven't made a deal from cold calling.
@@deriktutt Not sure. Still just doing both. So far, referrals and social media has giving me most business. Just stating what I've experienced so far.
Been licensed for about 2-3 months now. I’m having a lot of trouble working a physical full time job while finding time to put into real estate on the side. How realistic is it to quit my job before I have any traction. Is 6 months of savings enough time to transition.
Brands don’t matter at all. Work with someone or in an environment where you can get as much hands-on support and accountability as possible. If this happens to be with a big brand, great, if it happens to be with a smaller company that’s fine too.

I think 6 months of savings is feasible. Keep building your brand and a pipeline to make the transition easier.

I’ve been licensed almost three years now and haven’t done any transactions. I starting to think that I can’t do this. What do I do?
Do people know you sell real estate? Are you working with a brokerage that will allow you to work with other agents to get started?
How much prospecting are you doing?
Thanks for the content Brandon. Do you think working with a smaller private broker is good idea?, or should you stick with the bigger brands?
