@@nothingfrencheditz Yeah I bough the razer as it may solve my one problem with the Quest 3... The ablitty to lay down on my cheek bones aka titlt down a glaring omistion by meta.
Seems worth while for traveling.
Those standard quest cases are getting to be the size of guitars.

I retired my quest two to be a laydown headset, so I don’t have to keep swapping the strap. The stock strap with a better interface is more than enough for that. But they also sell an adapter that turns the back of the stock strap into a cup, like a bra for the back of your head. That $10 part is a night and day difference.

I think we should just realize that BOBOVR makes the most comfortable halo strap and with the new B100 batteries it should be the go to strap; if u desire an elite strap there is the Kiwi and other models to choose from. It would take a fantastic amount of engineering to improve upon the S3

thanks for video. well as heading back home to scotland i bought new bobo head strap and also 2 spare batterie's and the new dock too just under 200 pounds but this be like am ready for anything so am hoping not be too long until get it by the time i get home
That looks great for just watching something in vr while in bed. I use a cpap so I know the company that they teamed up with. Would love to try both the strap and interface but not at that price.
why are there no good face covers that fit with the bobovr halo strap, i only have the default with a silicone cover and i just get a headache after a while
In partnering with Resmed and having used resmed products a long time I can say this - All velcro straps fail after a certain amount of time, they're a nightmare to clean, they pick up fluff, hair, dirt which makes them lose that stickiness. Also Resmed straps gradually stretch over time, they might be a good company but I'm on my 3rd strap in several years, just because of head movement and turning in my *sleep* I would think with working out and gaming these would stretch more over time, then need adjusting until you find that you're trying to put the velcro pads beyong the limit and need to buy a new one.

For that amount of money and no battery, it's a hard pass for me. I wouldn't even use it for travel or lying down. I just fold my BOBOVR S3 up in the back and works fine.

I think the best choice I made was buying the apple vision pro headstrap and having the side adapters 3d printed to fit on the quest 3. It is extremely comfortable and great for laying fown or reclining on a sofa.

RAZER believes that because they are a recognized brand they can put that headstrap at a ridiculous price, it's not hate, it just seems ridiculous to me, I better go for that other strap that you have there next to you that I'm sure I'll get it at the same price with a little discount with many more features for my money

the default facial interface needs to go back to the drawing board, it's god awful.
