I am glad you took into consideration the fact that the anime only covered the beginning with the less better parts of the story, cause I see many people hating on the show due to the hype or because they dont like Denji, without thinking about the upcoming part... But CSM is mostly hyped for the second part and Denji keeps growing as the story progresses! As a manga reader I can assure you that its gonna get crazy and I cant wait for season two!

Watching this first time through with English subs definitely made me miss some good things. Watching it w the English dub was so much better. It was tough for me to understand Power’s quirks when reading subs. Sick vid dude!
Na Man the Story is quite great For all the teenage crap we get The little things, the rawness, their backgrounds, the honesty.. This really a great story in depth not to be taken superficially.. I mean you have to put yourself in their shoes, it’s crazy
Actually the more I think about it.. if you think this is not a great story, you’re just a kid with no capacity for deep contemplation… this story delves into major psychological themes and is actually put out explicitly which is a major achievement in itself
The hotel arc episodes are the best ones so far in my opinion Also power would be the worst to get, but she would be the best homie out of all the csm girls

Kobeni would do better as a cop. It seems like when she's put into paranormal/supernatural situations... she can't take it. But going one on one against other humans is her strength.
i really don't know WTF happened with season 2, S1 was SO good and intruiging and juiccy, S2 manga has felt slow AF and kinda YAWN compared to the FIRE that was S1, we will see once S2 is done though....
the writer doesn't get it. in one piece no one dies at all at the start, when someone finally dies for the first time that shit hit different, making op have some of the most memorable deaths in anime.(going merry) but that will never happen in chainsaw man since death is so common so i hate that fact in chainsaw man so it's 7.5 for that
