I have the privilege of driving through this neighborhood each day on my commute to work. It's so relaxing to see these beautifully charming homes while people exercise and walk their dogs. Great video! I worked in the swimming pool construction and warranty repair business from 1987 thru 1995. One of my work orders, was to add a couple feet of tile to the spa, and it was in Hancock Park. When I arrived to the residence it was non other than actor Mr. Hal Holbrook. He was outside by his car when I pulled up, then walked over to greet me and was very kind and talked to me for quite awhile. He then said he was just heading out for the day when I arrived, shook my hand and went on to say they were extremely pleased with how the pool was turning out before he drove off. That was a pretty cool morning in HP! RIP Mr. Holbrook February 17, 1925 January 23, 2021

Brings back memories from my childhood. I went to 3rd street elementary school,John Burroughs Jr Highl school and Fairfax High school.When my parents sold their home on Hudson near 6th street in the 70's the house sold for under 200k. 😂😂😂
Actually West Adams is the original Beverly hills they still have lots of mansions and beautiful homes off the Blvd. People left Bunker hill and West Adams for Hancock Park then Beverly Hills. You should do a video on it
