Is this Shane all the way through? Because I barely recognize his voice except for the parts: "Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew When I bit off more than I could chew" and "For what is a man, what has he got? If not himself, then he has naught". I got all his records, with the pogues, the popes and others, but have never heard him sing like this. (I like the lines I quote, but in all fairness the rest is a bit like an impression id Sid Viscous, isn't it. First time ever I'm having a tiny bit of criticism. I love the man! Saw him twice, twi meters away from me, with the popes, three hours to late. But it was definitely worth the wait, most people had gone already. Also I recommend the documentary "A crock of Gold" by his friend Johnny Depp. Where you really see his patronism for Ireland. And an unforgettable story about the Mouri Warriors in New Zealand when he was there, lol!!👍)
considering that the pistols influenced him to play music, I wouldn't say that he's a more of a punk than them..but who cares really..they're all good.
