Nice hardware inside that very dated case. Consider upgrading for about $60 on a newer case such as the Corsair 200R Silent Edition. Most cases/chassis these days use minimum 120mm fans which breath much better than the 80mm/92mm designs and with much less noise. With that said, the rear or width of the case will accept the radiators. Also, Antec has a case "One" for about $55.
Of course one hose will be warmer because that's the one that will bring back the water to the radiator

Can you help me out? I see you connected the 4 pin into the CPU fan on the mobo. But the manual says that the 3 pin is actually the CPU fan. I don't understand how to connect both the 3 and the 4 pins.
@@furulevi I believe it. Also because if I am not mistaken, the 4th pin lets you control the fan speed. Still I find it suspicious that the manual literally writes "cpu-fan" under the 3pin and 4pin as seperate without adding that it applies to the pump. Cheers!
I'd say just make new holes and mount it where you initialy intended. Also another tip, take some black electrical tape a tape psu cables for some extra style points. I see you had some attempts on cable managament but it could be improved imho.
Be careful with vacuuming your pc. Due to electro statics coming from your vacuum cleaner you can destroy your pc components if your vacuum cleaner is not grounded. Destroyed my motherboard thanks to my vacuum last week...
At 1:47 the gray squares are the thermal paste, so there is no need to add paste again, unless you replaced the CPU and the paste is deteriorated or it's old and dry.
can instead I plug the pump cable on the pump fan, I plug on the SYS FAN (if you don`t have the PUMP fun plug)????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I don't really know, but as I noticed the main difference is that a liquid cooler takes away heat much faster compared to an air cooler. The size of this heatsink is much smaller compared to my previous air cooler, and that's not good, heat can't be removed fast enough because of this.
@@furulevi Vacuum cleaners create static electricity, compressed air cans don't. It is possible to fry some of the transistors with a vacuum cleaner but a lot of people do it without issues. I use compressed air though, better safe than sorry. You can buy them at the Action for 3/4 euro's (assuming you're Dutch since the cooler said Almere). I always have a few lying around.
Thanks, this video helpfull to install a liquid cooler with the standard pc case. Anyway, im fell confuse between bought a new gaming pc case or still with old pc case, after i watch this video, i can surely bought a liquid cooler with old pc case... My old thermal take cant cooling for super very full load (when i play gta v high resolutions), after 5 minutes system not respond, i check cpu temperature on bios reach 87°C. So sad, I'm a low spec gamer and I like this WC but if don't works, I will buy some who really offers a good performance like CoolerMaster Masterliquid ML240L, did you know something about it?
@@furulevi actually the vacuum causes static electricity in the tip of the hose. I have touched vacuum ends before and they have static electricity. also, the powerful vacuum can pull in the motherboard components
I have the h45. DONT BUY IT. i would not recommend using this for any cpu with a tdp higher than 95w. The aircooler that he removed was a better choice imo. The H45 cannot dissapate heat from the radiator fast enough. Temps slowly rise until the cpu throttles. Also. It is noisy af
Yes the heatsink of this water cooler is smaller than my previous air cooler. The advantage is that it cools faster and it's not dissipating the hot air inside the case but outside the case. I personally use the fan at only 5V DC and not variable 12V from the motherboard, and it is acceptable, it is not really overeating. Get a water cooler that has 2 fans, those have larger heatsinks.
Just simply don't insert any metal objects in small openings and everything is safe. The 220V parts are on the other side of the circuit board. Even a wall socket can be considered dangerous because 220V is around 1 cm away from the finger.
Air cooling is definitely safer, it needs no water pump, thus the pump won't make any noise, plus it won't fail "pumping" either. The bad part of air-cooling is the large size, plus the heat somewhat remains inside the case.
Best final location ive ever seen :P
Hahahhah final location is brilliant
hey, as long as it works...

Change your name to treelon musk

Actually those cases are pretty common for office PC like use case.
It's just an older case, the internal components were updated, not the outer shell.

final location, my man
Damn good vid, thanks, love where you put the fan A+
Thank you sir. I'm dumb to understand but you got it.
02:52 That's a shroud meant to be placed between the fan and radiator. Supposedly improves airflow.
why was this video so entertaining
8:02 That noise comes from the pump. Not that interesting.
😂😂🤣😂👍👍❤️ YOUR VIDEO WAS MORE FUNNY THAN AN TUTORIAL.
You need to clean the old thermal paste from the CPU with some alcohol and a clean cloth or paper towel
Your saying this to a guy who puts a water cooler on top of his case with cable ties and a block of wood, don’t think it’s gonna make a dent 😂
Better. You showed the position of radiator. Thanks. How do you choose the casing?
I love the final location that you stick with wood

Can we use the amd bracket with the backplate? I hope i get a reply soon.
I had to use the original backplate of my motherboard (5:45).

i died a little when i saw him pull out a vacuum and vacuumed his motherboard

Can you send to me all measurements for the AM4 mounting bracket?
I'll update the CPU, maybe then...

Why is it called liquid cooling ? Should we put water or anything ? Where does it have liquid ?
The liquid is already inside the radiator, inside the hoses, and inside the waterblock (heatsink). The user doesn't need to add any water.
Do you need thermal paste for installation?
At 1:47 the gray squares are the thermal paste, so there is no need to add paste again, unless you replaced the CPU and the paste is deteriorated or it's old and dry.

Una duda amigo mi placa mother no tiene los 3 pines del TKG2510 solo trae los 4 pines del ventilador que procede? Md marca ya error de temperatura.
The 3rd pin is for monitoring fan rpm, the 4th pin is for modifying the rpm through software.
Is the noise loud enough to be annoying ?
I don't like the water pump's noise. An air fan can be quieter!
I feel bad for you bro...but you make it work somehow!
why feel bad?
You had to do so many workarounds to get it to work and then you can't close the case!
what the heck of a remnant of war is that power supply?
It is opened for more passive cooling. The fan rpm is lowered by using constant 5V instead of variable 5-12V which is noisy at high loads.
u dint put thermal paste man in new watercooling below
It is already on it, see at 1:48

Did you really just vacuumed your mobo? Is it safe?
As long as you don't put it very, very close to the components on the PCB in my opinion is the same as blowing air onto it...
You know, it a pretty good for $60 and it's more than enough for the price
i have 2 of them , one on cpu , and one on GPU
Older fan CPU???
hahaha Died after seeing the final location xD 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Modify it until it fits. Finally I mounted the radiator inside the PC on the back.

Buy a liquid cooler which has more than one fan!!! The radiator in this 1 fan unit is small. My previous air cooler had a much larger heat-sink.
