How did you begin? Have you learned it somewhere or did you just start? Because I myself started in a little bar and soon (because I'm experienced in mixing cocktails) I started making there. I wonder if you think that somebody needs to learn it before he can start in a bigger bar? How did you do it?

shaking is easier, you listen as the pitch of the ice changes in sound. It goes from a high sharp sound to dull and slushy. As for a stirred drink, its more visual. When you believe the drink is diluted enough you could taste it and could probably figure it out how much more it needs to go.

После того как ягоды упали на барную стойку их надо было заменить на новые из чашки а не поднимать и класть в бокал , не премиум класса заведение точно
