    Thanks for sharing your experience. What causes an ana to drop? What can cause a change from speckled to homogeneous or the other way?
    I had an ana of 1:160 then it dropped to 1:80, was homogeneous now is speckled (?); symptoms are hand joints swollen and very painful with limited range of motion…looks like arthritis. No clarity from blood work. I’m an otherwise very healthy, active 53 y/o male, no smoking, drinking, no diabetes, eat healthy

    Your videos have helped me a lot. I recently found out I have psoriatic arthritis, and I'm having a pretty bad flare up (right after being laid off and losing my insurance lol). Doctors have been trying to figure out my frequent urination for over a decade, and haven't figured it out. After watching one of your videos talking about urinary inflammation, that connected the dots for me (finally). And after thinking about it, the irritated bladder is 10x worse while I'm having a flare up, so it must just be the PsA.

    I have positive ana 180 speckled RA osteoporosis sjogrens fibromyalgia nerothopy eds pituitary tumor slipped disks 13 bulging discs bladder incontinence inflammation of bowel my histamine attacking me breathing problems Macrosisi enlarged red blood cells mixed connective tissue disease 😢
