There is a simple solution, very harsh sentences for gangs and criminals! IE if you are in a gang and commit a crime regardless of such crime you get life! And don’t tell me crime wouldn’t take a massive drop! And yes there will be those criminals that are insane but there would still be a massive drop in crime!
I live in north battleford at the beginning of the year. one there members were murdered a block away . I grew up with jacob ballytine a guy who was convicted with something to do with a murder .
