@@OceanicGD Glarses keyboard (100%) got beat by Alienware’s TKL keyboard, around 16 feet compared to Glarses 6 feet keyboard.
For anyone wondering, I think the mix she used was Superlube 21030 and 51004. I use this for stabs, springs, and for reducing leaf ping, and it works great because you can adjust the thickness.

Honestly I had the same problem with trying to swap some of the switches from my Redragon keyboard as well. It was only 5 switches, 3 of them came off fine, the other two though… I had to put so much force on it that it bent the plastic

Not bad at all. Love the painting on the back. As far as the keys I like before and after.
Hey, a tip from the modeling world: to get a super sharp mask (like on the spacebar), prime, then coat the first color as you did here. Wait for it to dry, then mask the area and do a clear coat along the masking tape. That may go under the tape in little splinters, but it also seals the tape line and doesn't show at all after you apply the final clear coat across the whole thing. Let it dry then paint the second color and seal as you did here. Some people say to use a glossy clear coat for sealing the tape line, but I (and others) don't find that necessary. Any clear coat seems to work. Also, you seem to be heading toward getting an airbrush at some point, if these types of upgrades keep up!

that is pretty cool! although i wouldn't be able to fit something like that on my desk. lol i'm still fairly new to mechanical keyboards, my first and current one is a logitech g512 with GX brown tactile switches, but I'm satisfied with it so far, and having that USB pass-through port is quite handy for me! Although, if, for some reason, my board ever dies out, I might go for linear switches on the next one.

sounds can come from a lot of factors not just from the switches themselves, the lube used, the case, the keycaps, all that stuff. I do think gazzew boba u4t fits what you're looking for, but i could be wrong but they're great and you should check them out anyway :D
