Whenever I say.. My son is going to be a great basketball or football player (because he shows talent with those sports at 2 1/2) my wife always responds with, "What is he wants to be a ballet dancer?... Well then he can be a hell of a ballet dancer.. Either way he has 100% of my support.
It comes out in May in the US and Canada i think, It will later on be released to other countries, like Japan, etc. But only a few, they will release it in the countries they think ballet is more popular.

@zmarsella very few are actually gay. I always thought so as well until I started dating a ballerina. They're actually pretty amazing athletes and can do a lot more than I could ever do as a three sport athlete in high school.
It's unfortunate that money which could be going to homeless people is going to ballet, but those quantities of money aren't really comparable sizes. If you wanted to feed people in America, think about cutting from, say, the military budget before you take out that tiny sliver of a percent that represents arts support. And secondly, I don't know who's trying to "bullshit" you, but '95+%' is also an exaggeration. I'm a male dancer who's gay and I know a lot who are and a lot who aren't.
I think ballet, when danced by two people together, can be one of the most sensual things to see. What's gay about that? Unless the dancers are, in fact, gay - in which case it's, hmm... nope, still sensual and beautiful.

you might be right... i need to explore more but I just don't get this at all... especially a dude dancing ballet.....
Of course, life is easier for not fighting for the "first position". But, it's also less beautiful... for those ballet dancers.
