In 2025, the Roller Coaster Capital of the World® will elevate the thrill game with the debut of Siren’s Curse - the tallest, fastest, and longest 'tilt' coaster in North America. This groundbreaking ride takes inspiration from the haunting legends surrounding Lake Erie, a body of water known for its mysterious, unspotted creatures that have captivated imaginations for generations.
The myth of the sirens, who lured sailors to their watery graves with their sweet yet dangerous songs, comes to life in this two-minute roller coaster experience like no other. But this time, it’s not just sailors in danger - it’s every rider who dares to challenge Siren’s Curse.
The experience begins as riders ascend a towering 160-foot-high structure - an eerie, old Lake Erie shipping crane. As you climb, you’ll hear the sirens’ ghostly melodies, growing more sinister the higher you go. But just as you think you’ve reached the peak, the real terror sets in. The ride comes to a dead stop on a section of track that seems broken off, leaving you hanging at the mercy of the sirens.
Slowly, the platform tilts the entire train 90 degrees, suspending riders in a vertical position, forcing you to look straight down at what lies below. Will the train connect to the track in time? Or will you succumb to the sirens’ call?
Once the track locks in place, there's no turning back. Riders plummet into the abyss, launching down nearly 3,000 feet of twisted steel track at a heart-pounding 58 miles per hour. Siren’s Curse will take you through 13 airtime moments, where you'll feel weightless, and features two zero-gravity barrel rolls that will flip you head over heels. And just when you think you’ve had enough, the high-speed triple-down element will send you racing through even more twisted, overbanked track - pushing the limits of what your body can handle.
