It really touched me when you said about putting the boys toys up for future grandchildren 😩 I thought I was being a hoarder holding on to all my kids baby things especially when hubbys says no more babys! And my boys are taller than me now and my eldest has a girlfriend 🥹😩 but now I’ll use that wonderful reason 🙌🏼 it’s for my future grandchildren ❤
Oh and we also have very stained white socks 😂 the bottom of the socks seem to disappear too somehow 😂 xx

Such a lovely idea putting things away for grand babies, we did this with Sylvanians, Barbies & Action men, our grandkids love them now.
I loved Matt’s ‘bang!’ and not a single one of you flinched 😂😂😂 He just got a look from one of the boys 😂 Made me giggle.

And I thought I had a lot of stuff 😅. Whoa. I've made a conscious effort to buy less over the last 2 years. My mental health has improved and I no longer need to clean/ maintain so much stuff. Love you're content Emily.

Hi Emily , I find the liquid bottle is hard to squeeze especially when you get towards the bottom of it.
I find it is easier to use the liquid pods of this instead .
Everytime my kids grew out of something ( toy, high chair, rocking horse, Barbie’s, legos etc) I had my husband put it in the attic for the “ grandbabies” .. we have SO much up there now 😂 we could actually supply a daycare 🤭 but, I can’t bring myself to get rid of it!!

I hung onto play mobile, Lego and some others. Time flies around and now my grand children love them. Wash and wrap really well too and they will be perfect!!!! Love your channel ❤❤❤

Just a heads up too. With drying stuff over bed frame make sure to to open window or door as sometimes the moisture can build up and cause mould in the room in the future :-) xxxx

Yay! Thanks for the fresh how-to to make the sausage rolls! Made them for my husband and I as I’ve never learned and it was such a fun lunch item! Thanks so much. You’ve inspired me with the oven cleaner - honestly amazed at how well that worked for you?! I’ve tried the orange paste stuff but wasn’t wildly impressed. One thing I’ve heard but not tried is the grills in the dishwasher on the hot cycle? Makes sense it could work though!

I love that you kept toys for future generations! My grandmother did the same and I grew up playing with the toys my mom and aunts played with when they were small. To this day, as a now 31 year old, I feel blessed to have those memories.

Hi Emily you are so right to keep the best toys for future grandkids, my dad kept my Sindy house and furniture up in the attic, and when I had kids they where minding them for me one day and took down all the sindy stuff my kids loved them and my daughters now are keeping them up for there kids in the future, loved this video 💕

BSTKEY 120 Slots Pencil Holder Pouch Storage Bag, Multifunctional Pencil Wrap Case Organizer with Zipper for Color Pencils Stationery, Black Flamingo (No Pencils)
I purchased the largest one for feltip pens as I like to do adult colouring plus I have grandchildren visiting
Then seeing how that worked so well I purchased one for all the pencils crayons.
They take up a small space in cupboard. Also the children know they need to put lids on and try at least to put the pen back in a slot. It really is a space saving and pen saving storage. Maybe the boys could have one each for their own sets of crayons and pens.

This was a joy to watch! It’s so nice to mentally and physically reset. The seasonal change really tells your mind it’s time to switch gears. I’m in the process of decluttering too. You’ve inspired me to really let things go. Sentimental items are so hard to let go… but when you’re like me and look like the next episode of hoarders… time to let it all go haha. I love listening to music while am cleaning and organising my home. I found positivity and happy podcasts on Spotify and found it interesting and fascinating too. I found one podcast which is called how to increase your happiness and motivation day to day. I need to clean and tidy my home.
