Reading things you disagree with is such a great idea. As someone said: intelligent people are able to entertain ideas, without agreeing with them. It's very helpful to broaden our own minds and build stronger arguments

Reading before bed is of the healthiest habits you can pick up in the digital age. So often screens are the last things you see before you go to bed, and the first thing you reach for in the morning. Finding great books to add to the list is always great! I'd recommend "How to Win Friends and Influence People" for anyone that hasn't read it yet. It's amazing how Dale Carnegie's strategies still ring true 85 years later! :)

I recently started listening to Thinking Fast and Slow on TH-cam since you posted it on Instagram. It’s difficult to stay focused on it for sure lol. But it’s really interesting and I think a lot about how information we need doesn’t all pop up on our mind when we need it, and we don’t think about it as a whole but rather what we know or have been exposed to. It makes me realize how much we don’t know, and sometimes we think we’re being reasonable/objective but don’t realize what all we haven’t considered/aren’t aware about 🙃
