If you use a regular box grater - the kind you would use on cheese - you'll just end up with a big mess and difficult-to-explain stains, even if you use the smaller holes.
Microplane graters really _are_ the way to go.
7 seems to be the limit, thanks for the info. I think dicing and grating might work better than shredding though.

Most people say you have to make pie for your wife, but I can't be bothered to do that. Most people use lime juice for key lime pie, but I just put it under the broiler ( what Brits call a grill)

Thanks for sticking around man! Yeah, my Janurary vids were shorter, and had fewer jokes. After editing for the past 6 months, I'm glad to see that there has been an upgrade in quality over time. Hopefully my next ytp (apple risotto) will be even better!
