If we get married and she adjusts to US life, do we apply for marriage visa or can she stay after we get married. Also, I read you have to meet in person as one of the requirements. Your thoughts?
Hello Daryl. Yes she can stay in the U.S. after the 90 days provided you guys get married during that period. Yes, meeting face to face was part of the requirements we had to meet to qualify for the fiancée visa.
