Tm hi capa pistol is the way to go either if its a 5.1 or a 4.3 version they are highly reliable and the after market scene has everything for it. If anyone wants more out of it for less money I recommend buying a buffer spacers for short strokes and less stress on the plastic slide, guarder nozzle camber, light weight blow back housing unit from cowcow or dynamic precision, tight bore inner barrel and a 70 degree bucking from maple leaf the stock hop up unit is ok but it will ware out so upgrading to a brass one or copper one will be good and a metal aluminum slide from Airsoft masterpiece and metal outer barrel would be the second stage into building a reliable custom tm hi cap 🛠🔫
Kiweeh onSiDE The frame is metal, and the slide and grip are both plastic. I can tell you that the black part of the frame is painted and already scratched just from me adding and taking off the flash light. As for the silver part, it’s not painted
Might be a dumb question, but how can i remove the orange tip since the outer barrel is plastic. If I ran it under hot water, wouldn’t the outer barrel deform?
Ryan Shaw I ran mine under hot water for 2 minutes straight and it didn’t deform. If you leave it for longer then it could possibly ruin it. There’s adhesive between the outer barrel and the orange tip, and depending on how strong it is you may or may not have to run it under hot water more than once. The hot water weakens the adhesive and from there you remove the orange tip with the pliers.
Too bad Airsoft Masterpiece stopped producing Aluminum Slides for 4.3. Would love to change mine out since it's all scratched up from the polymer holster :/

Jogee08 There are CO2 Hi Capa mags for sure. Though I wouldn’t recommend using them unless the internals and the slide are all upgraded
